Jenburkt’s Research & Development unit, duly approved by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, has been set up with the purpose of developing finished formulations in the therapeutic areas of Geriatrics, Diabetology, Pain management and Neutraceuticals. The major thrust is on developing innovative and cost-effective therapy range by creating synergistic combinations of existing and new drug molecules.

The Research and Development unit is manned by a highly qualified team of Technical personnel in the field of Novel Drug Delivery System and Advanced analytical methods. The Team has vast experience in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry and well supported by technical personnel.

The facility is fully equipped with lab scale equipment for delivery or solid orals, liquid and semisolid dosage forms and advanced instruments for intermediate and product analysis conforming to ICH and global regulatory standards.


Our major thrust is on Quality Assurance, by setting up reliable processes and strict adherence to guidelines across all departments to ensure safe and consistent standard of pharmaceutical products.

Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) standards followed

Use of latest technology and system-driven processes such as Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and SAP (the latest version of   SAP i.e. S4 HANA)

Full-fledged Quality Control Laboratory including Microbiology section equipped with ​sophisticated instruments like UPLC, HPLC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatography, Automated Dissolution Testing System, Stand-alone Stability Testing Chambers, PLC Controlled Walk-In Stability Testing chamber and well qualified and experienced team of professionals.

We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Sihor, Gujarat, in India. Our plant is modern and well-equipped with spacious operational areas having adequate capacities for manufacturing world-class pharmaceutical and healthcare products, conforming to the latest global regulatory guidelines.

The manufacturing plant is equipped with manufacturing facilities for Capsules, Oral Solids, Oral liquids, external liquid and semi-solid external dosage forms.

Our plant is approved as per W.H.O. Guidelines with compliance to current G.M.P. requirements, and also approvals from various Asian and African regulators.

Jenburkt has a progressive lineage of manufacturing high-quality formulations backed by a strong Research & Development, Regulatory and global marketing team.
